1. The final number of participants must be made 3 working days prior to event or the last confirmed amount will be charged.

2. Offers sent will be valid for 7 days.

3. Resending of an invoice will be done 3 days after the due date and will be added with 15% per invoice charge.

4. When you have to cancel a reservation the following charges will take place

     Cancellation of a confirmed event 500€

5 days before event - 30% of agreed menu/wine course price plus 500€

   3 days before event - 60% of agreed menu/wine course price plus 500€

  Same day - 100% of agreed menu/wine course price plus 500€
